I didn't set out to start a haircare brand. I set out to solve a problem no one else could fix—my own.

At 13, I was diagnosed with PCOS. For nearly two decades, I battled seborrheic dermatitis, chronic scalp dryness, breakage, and thinning. I tried everything—drugstore products, prescriptions, dermatologists. Nothing worked.

But I had something most people in my position didn't: a degree in biology and chemistry, plus over 12 years applying science in healthcare. So at 31, I walked into the lab and created the solution myself.

I studied scalp physiology, ingredient chemistry, and plant-based actives. After countless hours of formulation and testing, I developed science-backed products rooted in nature. The results were transformative. My scalp healed. My hair grew stronger. I got my confidence back.

That's when Novah Beauty Essentials was born—haircare formulated by a chemist who's lived the problem and engineered the solution.

When my infant daughter developed scalp issues, my mission expanded. I created Novah Beauty Essentials Kids—gentle, effective products for healthy hair from an early age.
